Refund policy
At Pleroma Cuisine, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're happy to assist with returns, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- All products are eligible for returns except those in a damaged condition or with a broken seal.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service for approval within 14 days of purchase.
Return Process:
- Once approved, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for half of the return shipping cost. Further instructions for shipping will be provided once the return is approved.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products that arrive in damaged condition or with a broken seal are not eligible for return or refund.
